Rummage sale benefits Dummerston Community Center
WEST DUMMERSTON - A rummage sale takes place on Saturday, March 31, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Dummerston Community Center on West Street, with clothing, books, toys, kitchenware, puzzles, and much more.
Coffee and doughnuts will be served. Proceeds will benefit the center's operating and maintenance costs.

'Strength of the Storm' to be shown on April 1
BRATTLEBORO - On Sunday, April 1 at 6 p.m., the Vermont Workers' Center will host a screening of the film “Strength of the Storm” at the First Baptist Church, 190 Main St.
This film documents the way that mobile home residents around the state came together with the Vermont Workers' Center after Tropical Storm Irene and got organized to ensure that a fund was created to cover the cost of the removal of damaged mobile homes.
The film includes footage from Glen Park mobile home park in West Brattleboro. Residents of Glen Park will introduce the film and be on hand afterwards for a discussion.
