BRATTLEBORO — I am supporting Senator Vince Illuzzi in his run for state auditor because of his ability to get things done and his political independence.
When he served as chair of the Senate Institutions Committee, he was particularly considerate to the people of Windham County, helping to secure funding for the River Garden and the Windham County Career Center.
Not a lot of people who serve in Montpelier have the ability to get things done as well as Illuzzi. As Vermont's auditor, he will be able to serve all of the people of Vermont well as he continues as an independent voice in state government.
