• Selectboard - Meets on the first and third Thursday of every month, 6:30 p.m.; special meetings are scheduled as needed. Newfane Town Office.
• Planning Commission - Meets on the second and fourth Monday of every month, 7 p.m.; special meetings and site visits are scheduled as needed. Newfane Town Office.
• Zoning Board of Adjustment - Meets on Thursdays as needed, 7:30 p.m. Newfane Town Office.
• Conservation Commission - Meets on the second Thursday of every month, 7 p.m. Newfane Town Office
• Williamsville Hall Committee - Meets on the first Thursday of every month, 7 p.m. Williamsville Hall.
• Village Enhancement Committee - Meets on the fourth Thursday of every month, 7:30 p.m. Old Schoolhouse in South Newfane.
