BRATTLEBORO — I feel the caption about someone using the cell phone at the Brattleboro Goes Fourth parade was uncalled for.
I happen to know the person and she was taking pictures throughout and waving, just like every other person. In fact, she was letting me know where they were at so I would not miss them, as I am visually impaired.
I feel this float had a lot of hard work put into it. I feel it is rude to point someone out in the paper as you did here.
