Mrowicki: walks his talk

DUMMERSTON — We're fortunate in Dummerston, Putney, and Westminster to have Mike Mrowicki seeking his seventh term in the Legislature.

Mike has his priorities right on issues facing the state and is experienced at getting things done, especially but not only in human-service issues of childhood abuse and trauma, sexual harassment, and a host of other topics before the House's Human Services Committee.

More broadly, he was an advocate for the gun-safety bills passed by the Legislature this year. He backed bills for paid family leave and an increase in the minimum wage.

Mike worked hard to get the education-merger law, Act 46, amended. He continues to work for an alternative school governance structure for towns and schools in the Windham Southeast Supervisory Union.

Climate change, the opioid crisis, and economic needs like job training for young people: these and many others are on his radar.

Mike's a legislator who walks his talk. Join us in voting in the August primary vote to keep him working for us in Montpelier.
