A quick read of one part of “A vacant space in the heart of West Brattleboro” [Dispatch, Oct. 17] clearly gave some readers the opposite impression, as evidenced by the conversations on Facebook comment threads after last week's paper went to press.
Our intent in publishing Mac Gander's piece was to shine light on the business, economy, and community of West Brattleboro, not to spread untrue rumors of a business's demise. We want Cengiz Karagoz and family to thrive and succeed.
