Kornheiser: shared our concerns in Tri-Park community

BELLOWS FALLS — The election of Emilie Kornheiser as state representative in Brattleboro's District 1 is vital to the area. She not only understands the needs of the community but is a strong advocate for change through democracy.

I first met Emilie when she was invited to an open meeting of Tri-Park Cooperative Housing Corporation. The Cooperative provides housing to nearly 10 percent of the residents in Brattleboro.

She shared her concerns for wages and employment in the area, for those living in the flood plain, and for health care. Her responses to questions showed her advocacy for people's welfare, her depth of experience, and her ability to bring people together for successful resolutions.

Vermont needs her in the Legislature!
