BRATTLEBORO — The Selectboard will hold its pre-Town Meeting informational forum on Thursday, March 10, at Academy School on Western Avenue, beginning at 7 p.m.
District caucuses begin at 6:30 p.m. Town Meeting members will be available to meet with constituents to offer residents and members an opportunity to discuss articles to be voted on at the annual meeting.
Also, at that time, districts will be accepting nominations to fill Town Meeting member vacancies. Appointments are for one year. District 1 has four vacancies, District 2 has nine vacancies, and District 3 has one vacancy.
Anyone interested in being considered for these positions should be present at Thursday's caucus. Room locations at Academy School for each caucus will be posted in the school lobby that evening.
The public is invited to attend their district's caucus and stay for the informational meeting.
