Psychology, the workplace, and our society have traditionally underestimated the positive aspects of those later years. New information about the brain has dispelled some stereotypes such as “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” Learn about the mature mind, how information is processed differently in elders, and positive steps you can take to boost your brain.
