Susannah is a fiddler, tunesmith, and singer/songwriter. Sally has taught students to play the ukelele and plays old-time string music. W. MARLBORO Get Your Feet Wet - Vernal Pools at Hogback: Learn about vernal pools--the ephemeral and vital spring breeding grounds that dot our forests at this time of year. We'll meet at the So. VT Natural History Museum to get introductory information from Liza Morse and then go out in the woods to find vernal pools and learn how to identify frog and salamander egg masses, fairy shrimp, fingernail clams, and other pool creatures. 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Free.
