WEST CHESTERFIELD "The Little Foxes" - Staged Reading of Lillian Hellman's Classic American Drama: In the post-Civil War South, nothing is more important to the Hubbard clan than money and power. The ruthless, wealthy brothers and sister steal, deceive, and plot against each other in their efforts to invest in one of the first cotton mills to industrialize the New South. Each has plans for what the money will buy for them and how each will 'lord it' over their siblings. Featured in the cast are Maureen Hart as Regina, Dan Patterson as Ben, Bob Gruen as Oscar, Ray Mahoney as Oscar, Wendy Almeida as Birdie, Clare Margand as Alexandra, Colin Grube as Leo, Maggie McGlone-Jennings as Addie, Christopher Woods as Cal, and Stewart McDermet as Marshall. BRATTLEBORO Annual Ice Cream Social at the Brattleboro Co-op: Join us for free local ice cream by Walpole Creamery, music, clowning, and a chance to learn about local family-based organizations.
