Something is not going well

RE: “Retreat nurse: staff is at the breaking point” [Letters, Jun. 27]:

In the end, it is the patients who suffer.

The Brattleboro Retreat is needed in this community. Clearly, something is not going well there, and I hope the facility can be turned around quickly before it is forced to close its doors.
