HALIFAX—HALIFAX—At the Dec. 4 Selectboard meeting, the board accepted the resignation of Christina Moore as the town representative to Rescue Inc.’s board of trustees.
According to meeting minutes, Moore offered to help the Selectboard recruit a replacement for the board of the 15-town nonprofit ambulance, to be named with other town appointments in March.
“A candidate for the position would be someone with an interest in public service administration or a public charity board member who can build endowments,” the minutes state.
Moore told the board that the position requires approximately four hours a month.
