BRATTLEBORO What to do with all that Zucchini?: Have you ever been invaded by zucchini? Are you the person leaving anonymous bags of zucchini bread on the neighbor's doorsteps? In this class we will make several recipes using zucchini, including zucchini rollups, stuffed zucchini with cashew cheese, and zucchini pasta with two different sauces. BRATTLEBORO Youth4Change Group Meeting: This program builds the leadership skills of youth 12-21, especially those in historically marginalized communities who are seeking conscious conversation and action around racial, class, gender, queer, immigrant, and indigenous justice.
