BRATTLEBORO Mantra, Pranayama, and Gong Meditation: Participants can expect to partake in call-and-response style chanting feature harmonium, talas, and tabla pranayama exercises to settle the mind and connect with the breath, and a deeply relaxing meditation to the sound of gongs and singing bowls.
