BRATTLEBORO Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Sound Meditation: Join the Inclusion Center for this gentle, all levels chair yoga practice and sound meditation with singing bowls which is focused on helping you explore the possibility of feeling centered, grounded and relaxed. Sher Levesque is a yoga teacher and sound meditation practitioner who has worked in the non-profit human services field for over 20 years with diverse populations.
