BRATTLEBORO Walking the Labyrinth as a Self-Care and Mindfulness Tool: The use of labyrinths for both walking and tracing has become widespread - not only in community spaces like parks and churches over the last 20 years but they are increasingly being utilized in healthcare institutions, schools, and other specialized venues across the US and beyond. The labyrinth offers a venue where one can quiet the mind, find some peace, ask questions in just the time it takes to walk or interact with one.
