BRATTLEBORO Comfort Food - Free Vegan Cooking Class: Join Edible Brattleboro chefs for a hands-on cooking class celebrating comfort food as we prepare and enjoy several plant-based recipes perfect for a winter meal. This is a project of Post Oil Solutions that is transforming public spaces in Brattleboro into help-yourself edible landscapes. Childcare is available. 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Free ($5 donation to Edible Brattleboro welcome). GUILFORD Seniors Tai Chi for Fall Prevention Classes: These classes introduce and practice the most basic movements of introductory forms taught by Dr. Paul Lam and recommended by the Arthritis Foundation. The pace is smooth, slow, and can be done while seated. Instructor: Leah Gessner, Certified by Tai Chi Vermont, Inc. in Fall Prevention Tai Chi. Sponsored by Guilford Cares.
