BRATTLEBORO Creative Thinking: Laughter, Dance, and Gong Meditation: The process of creation and meditation requires one to relax. Through laughter yoga and the Indian art of Indian Bhangra dancing, participants will have a chance to let loose and enjoy, working out excess energy in preparation of a relaxing gong meditation with singing bowls.
