TOWNSHEND NAMI VT Offers Family Support Group in Townshend: Support group of family and friends of individuals living with a mental illness where participants talk frankly about their challenges and help one another through their learned wisdom and coping strategies. The meetings offer a safe and confidential place to give family members and friends the support they need. With their shared experiences, family members can better understand and support their loved ones living with mental illness while maintaining their own well-being.
