WESTMINSTER SEVCA Offers Free Tax Preparation (VITA): Income-eligible Windham County residents can schedule an appointment for free tax preparation assistance through the VITA program, offered by SEVCA in collaboration with Granite United Way. SEVCA has experienced, IRS-certified volunteers trained and ready to help area residents with and an Adjusted Gross household income up to $54,000 file their tax returns. 8:45 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Tuesdays.
