BRATTLEBORO Side By Side Ukulele Concert: The Side By Side Ukesters are bringing entertaining, upbeat songs to brighten your day and lighten your mood. This nine-piece all female ukulele group, made up of local musicians, play songs from the 1920's to the 1970's and is dedicated to spreading the joy and happiness of making music to all who come to listen or sing along. 12 noon - 1 p.m. Free. TOWNSHEND Healthy Aging Educational Series: These casual meetings, for ages 60 and over, will focus on matters of the mind, body, and spirit. The group will be led by Grace Cottage Community Health Team member Deb Brown, RN. She will be joined by special guest speakers. BRATTLEBORO Brattleboro Contra Dancing: The Gas Light Tinkers (Peter Seigel on guitar, Garrett Sawyer on bass, Joe Fitzpatrick on drums and fiddler TBA), with Don Stratton calling. Beginners welcome; all dances taught. No partner needed. Carry in clean, soft-soled shoes that are not your street shoes.
