Advance Care Planning Information Meeting (via Zoom): Create a written healthcare plan (Advance Directive). Anyone over 18 years old should have one. It's how people care for one another. Do you have questions? We have answers: Where do I find the forms? Who should be named as my healthcare agent? Who do I give the completed form to? How do I talk with my family about my healthcare wishes if I am unable to speak for myself?. 10 a.m. on Wednesdays. Free. Zoom. BRATTLEBORO Brattleboro Senior Center Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a powerful tool in healing and strengthening the body, mind, and spirit. Flowing movements improve balance, increase flexibility and joint mobility and reduce stress. Steve is certified by the Arthritis Foundation in the instruction of Tai Chi for health and arthritis.
