BRATTLEBORO Brattleboro Recreation and Parks - Youth Gymnastics Classes (18 months to 17 years of age): Currently, all participants must be VT residents and follow CoVID policy. Classes run for 4 weeks (no classes 2/22-2/26). Register at www.brattleboro.org. Hover over "Sport and Recreation" tab on blue horizonal bar. A drop-down menu will appear, click "Recreation and Parks" and email completed form to: recreation@brattleboro.org. Community meals

BRATTLEBORO Veggie Van Go (Vermont Food Bank): Free produce and local food for people to take home. 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in parking lot across street from main entrance. Drive through model: Stay in your vehicles. If you are walking: See a VT Foodbank associate but stay 6 ft. back. No income requirements, registration, paperwork to participate. You do not need to be present to get food - you may ask someone to pick up on your family's behalf. Upcoming schedule: Mondays: 3/1, 3/15, 4/5, 4/19, 5/3, 5/17, 6/7, 6/21. BRATTLEBORO Everyone Eats! Pick up Ready-Made Meals: This food relief pilot program leverages federal relief funds to engage local restaurants in making to-go meals for anyone in Brattleboro, Guilford, Vernon, Dummerston, Putney whose food security is challenged by the COVID-19 crisis due to un/under-employment, homelessness, other financial challenges. Sixteen restaurants: Thai Hut, Elliot St. Fish & Chips, Dosa Kitchen, Superfresh Cafe, The Works, Putney Food Coop, The Gleanery, Delightfully Delicious, Andrzej Polish Kitchen, Mama Sezz, Hazel Restaurant, A Vermont Table, Fast Eddie's, Shin La, Echo Restaurant, Duo, Masala House, and Whetstone Brewery & Restaurant provide 150 meals per day. 4-6 p.m. Mon.-Thur. Wear a mask (if you don't have one, ask for one). Do not arrive early. Individuals/households can pick up meals in the parking lot. First-come, first-served. You'll receive a packaged cold ready-to-eat or heat & serve dinner for each person you request a meal while supplies last. Organizations can pick up pre-ordered meals at Mama Sezz in Brattleboro.
