Advance Care Planning - Brattleboro Area Hospice's Taking Steps Brattleboro Q&A (via Zoom/Phone): Advance Directive Q&A Information Session: We will talk about discussing end-of-life planning with your medical provider, family, and others, including choosing and educating your Health Care Agent and making informed decisions to complete an Advance Directive. Anyone over the age of 18 benefits from having a completed Advance Directive. Completing an Advance Directive is a gift to those who you love. 10 - 11 a.m. Free. Zoom. Heidi Root will show you how and she'll provide the pattern, sewing materials, and hands-on guidance needed to complete these easy-to-make mittens.
