Halcyon Arts: Spiritual Journeys (via Zoom): Stories can awaken wonder and insight, enlighten mind and quicken spirit. Through narrative journeys we can discover long forgotten truths and awaken imagination. Join us in a shared experience of wonder tales: biographies of saints, stories of extraordinary consciousness, experiences mystical and profane, beyond mere religion, into the depths of unknowing. In this group we'll read books and share insights. 7 p.m. Meeting for 9 sessions on the 3rd Sunday of every month through 12/2021. Today's discussion: "Siddhartha" by Herman Hesse. You will also be added to a Facebook Group to discuss topics between sessions. Through Tuesday, December 21. $35 for 9 sessions. The Compassionate Friends of Brattleboro (Online): Offering understanding, consolation, and support to all parents and families who have endured the death of a child regardless of age and cause of death. If you or anyone you know could benefit from having the company of a group of people who have all endured this worst loss please contact Beverly for more information and/or to join us. 2 - 4 p.m. (meetings are held bimonthly on Sundays). BRATTLEBORO Against Racism VT - Live Outdoor Event: Join us at the Third Eye Collective in Brattleboro for music by Maine–based Eniam, speakers, art demos. This is "an opportunity to make connections with artists, musicians, performers, local businesses, and activists supporting minority communities and pushing back against racism in VT." . 4 p.m. Event takes place in the lot next to 80 Flat St. (C.F.
