BRATTLEBORO Lunchtime Organ Series with Dr. William Tortolano: This recital explores the many tonal colors of the organ in such diverse compositions as Three Synagogue Preludes by Reuven Kosakoff; American Folk Melodies by the blind jazz musician, George Shearing; Music by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, African English; and the Gregorian Chant Suite, Mariales, by Lebanese composer Naji Hakim. 12-1 p.m. ("Join us the first Wed. of every month for a unique program of organ music performed on our Historic Estey pipe organ. Advance Care Planning/ ACP) Advance Directive Q&A Info - Brattleboro Area Hospice's Taking Steps Brattleboro (Zoom or Phone): Advance Care Planning includes discussing choices about end-of-life (EOL) care with your medical provider, family and others and includes choosing and educating your Health Care Agent and making informed decisions to complete an Advance Directive (AD). Come and learn if adding a COVID-19 or Dementia provision would be beneficial to include or add to a previously completed Advance Directive. It is not necessary to have internet services to receive assistance. Specify Zoom session: 10-11 a.m. or 6-7 p.m. every Wed. Anyone over 18 years old should have an AD. TSB services include weekly Zoom meeting and individual ACP meetings by phone, Zoom, or in-person to complete an Advance Directive. Free. Zoom.
