BRATTLEBORO Just Transition Community Conversation: Join 350 Brattleboro, 350VT, and members of the Vermont Renews Coalition to discuss our new Just Transition campaign and support a People's Climate Action Plan. Currently, the Vermont Climate Council is developing a roadmap that will shape Vermont's energy future. We need to work together to ensure a People’s Climate Action Plan, not a Climate Action Plan for Corporations. 5 p.m. food and mingling, 5:30-7 p.m. community conversation. BELLOWS FALLS Bellows Falls Woman's Club: Following an 18-month interruption caused by the pandemic, BF Woman's Club members stayed in touch with Zoom. We look forward to resuming in-person meetings today. 1:30 p.m. Masks required and will be available. "Established in 1901, the Club became a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs that same year. GFWC, an international women's organization, is dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. Our local club members devote many hours to volunteering in area communities and the club makes donations to several area organizations and agencies.".
