PUTNEY Artist Reception for "Forest Composition" - Branter DeAtley, Betsey Garand, Gina Siepel: These three artists explore themes of nature and environment, our place within it and our human connection to it. Landmark College Assoc. Prof. of Fine Art/Gallery Dir. Samuel Rowlett say the exhibit is inspired by shinrin-yoku - the Japanese practice of "forest bathing," the health/wellness benefits of spending time interacting with the natural world, and nature's ability to counteract some of the effects of the "technostress" of our increasingly digital world. Reception: 5-7 p.m. More information about the artists: https://tinyurl.com/mrjaw8vr. Gallery is open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily. Through Monday, January 23. Free.
