BRATTLEBORO "REGENERATIONS: Reckoning with Radioactivity": This second iteration of REGENERATIONS: Reckoning with Radioactivity, is an interdisciplinary performance project of poetry, dance, projection, live music that focuses on the spent radioactive fuel, radioactive water, and soil left behind by Vermont Yankee in Vernon, VT. It explores some of the impacts of nuclear energy throughout the world. Performance explores impacts of nuclear energy throughout the world as well as the questions "What have we done?" and "What can we do now?" Performers: Grainne Buchanan, Liza Cassidy, Marcella Eversole, Jake Klar, Sarah LaPlante, Hannah Mohan, Nellie Prior, Dana Renault, Rachel Yoder. Project was developed during a series of Sunday creation sessions from 10/2022 through 1/2023, culminating in these performances. 6 p.m. Fri. and Sat. Masking requested (available onsite). For this iteration, artists drew inspiration from "Renate Aller: The Space Between Memory and Expectation" - exhibit of large-format photos and one site-specific installation on view through 2/12.
