Everyone should have an advance directive

Thank you very much for your article on the importance of end-of-life discussions. Talking with friends and family long before there's a need just makes things less stressful for everyone.

This topic is so generally avoided that it's easy for there to be confusion. There are a couple of clarifications to the article that I feel are needed.

Most important is that readers know that only two adults are needed to witness a directive; a notary is not required.
