Here's a partial list:
• Most of a roll of duct tape, in pretty good shape;
• Half a roll of electricians' tape;
• A partial can of contact cement (sorry, no epoxy);
• A can of mostly straight #8 nails (brights);
• Some leftover scraps of wood I got from ReNew that I pulled the above nails out of.
