Youth bands to perform at Last Night Brattleboro

BRATTLEBORO — Five local bands comprised of musicians younger than 18 will perform a live concert downtown this New Year's Eve in an addition to the town's traditional Last Night activities.

The show is open to all ages and will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brattleboro Boys & Girls Club, 17 Flat St. Cover charge at the door will be $5 for students and $10 for adults.

Negative Space will perform from 7 to 7:30 p.m.; Third Dimension, 7:30 to 7:50 p.m.; The Faints, 7:50 to 8:10 p.m.; Impending Exorcism, 8:10 to 8:30 p.m.; and Nomad vs. Settler (featuring Daniel Snyder), 8:30 to 9 p.m.

Following the concert, the Boys & Girls Club hosts its annual Teen New Year's Eve Party from 9 p.m. until midnight.
