Windham Property Management expands into N.H.
BRATTLEBORO — BRATTLEBORO - Windham Property Management, Inc. (WPMI) is expanding its services into Cheshire County in New Hampshire.
Formerly WPMI offered a full range of property management services in Windham County only, since New Hampshire requires special licensing of property managers.
Sally Fegley, co-owner of the company, recently became licensed in New Hampshire. This credentialing allows WPMI to operate in that state.
Services provided by WPMI include residential and commercial leasing, property management, caretaking, EMP (lead paint) inspections, special projects and real estate accounting.

Local holistic practices merge
BRATTLEBORO - Amelia Kinney, Board Certified Reflexologist and owner of Favour Your Feet Reflexology, and Mary Adams, Certified Massage Therapist and owner of Harmonic Wellness, have recently joined forces in a professional suite at 220 Western Ave.
Adams brings to the table transformative energy work via gentle soft tissue and fascia release by means of Qi Gong Massage, Hot stones, Trigger-Point, Shiatsu and Swedish techniques. For 11 years, Adams who is highly skilled at working with pre-natal, children and end-of-life phases, has been helping to restore harmony, balance and well-being to her clients.
Kinney, practicing for nine years, specializes in helping women from teenagers to nonagenarians, reduce physical stresses of everyday living through reflexology and energy work of the feet and hands. She is National Board Certified through the American Reflexology Certification Board and is affiliated with the Maine Council of Reflexologists and the Associated Massage & Bodywork Professionals.

Stratton offers free CPR, AED instructional classes
STRATTON - Free cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) instructional classes will be held three times a week through the month of February at Stratton.
The classes are in partnership with the Stratton Mountain Carlos Otis Clinic and part of the mountain's HEARTSafe community initiative, a program designed to increase survival rates for individuals who have suffered an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
Class participants will learn life-saving techniques, such as recognizing the early signs of cardiac arrest, how to properly perform hands-only CPR and use an AED, as well as understanding what to do in an emergency.
Stratton has recently installed 12 additional AED units, bringing the total units on resort to 17, all in accessible locations across the resort equipped with detailed instructions on how to use each machine.
February classes are held in the Homeowner's Lounge in the main Base Lodge on Tuesdays at 2 p.m., Fridays at 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays at 5 p.m., and are all open to the public.
