All Aboard Brattleboro a success

This letter was signed by Brattleboro Town Manager John Potter and by Downtown Brattleboro Alliance Executive Director Kate Trzaskos.

BRATTLEBORO-On behalf of the Town of Brattleboro and the Downtown Brattleboro Alliance, thank you to everyone who joined us for All Aboard Brattleboro on June 24 and helped make it a joyful celebration of our community, our history, and our future.

The day was a reminder of what makes Brattleboro special: neighbors coming together, local organizations collaborating, volunteers lending a hand, and families creating memories. We are especially grateful to Amtrak and Vermont's state leaders for their investment in Brattleboro's passenger rail infrastructure. This investment strengthens the town's role as both a destination and a gateway to southern Vermont, creating a stronger platform for the next generation of regional economic development.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center for hosting a special gathering; our generous sponsors for their support; the Rotary, for leading walking tours and providing station treats; the Latchis Theatre, the Brattleboro Words Trail, the Museum of Things Tiny & Found, 802 Soul Kitchen, Brattleboro town staff, the Brattleboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the dedicated Next Gen Brattleboro volunteers who welcomed visitors throughout the day.

Finally, thank you to every child who colored and drew trains. Your creativity reminded us that while we celebrated our railroad heritage, we were also imagining Brattleboro's future.

Community doesn't happen by accident - it is built by people who show up, pitch in, and believe in the place they call home. Thank you for helping move Brattleboro forward, together.
