‘Roger Katz: The Man and His Work’ presented at Dummerston Historical Society

DUMMERSTON — On Thursday, Oct. 16, at 7:30 p.m., the Dummerston Historical Society will present a program entitled “Roger Katz: The Man and His Work.”

Many of his fellow photographers and friends will be participating in the program and discussion of Roger's vast collection of photographs from a lifetime of viewing the world through the lens. His affectionate curiosity about people and places found expression in thousands of striking pictures taken in the Brattleboro area and beyond, his gift to the world.

Curated by photographer Jean Davis and mounted by the Society's Board member Cindy Wilcox, the Dummerston Historical Society is proud to present an exhibit of some 70 of his prints at the Society's Schoolhouse gallery. The Schoolhouse is adjacent to the Town office in Dummerston Center.

The program will be preceded by a short business meeting at 7 p.m.
