WESTMINSTER-As a young Vermonter, I am proud to support Michelle Bos-Lun in her bid for re-election.
I first got to know Michelle as a legislative page in 2022, an opportunity she made possible by driving me to and from Montpelier every week. Today, I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve as her campaign manager.
Michelle’s integrity, resilience, and altruism make her not only a personal role model but also an example for our leaders across the nation.
At a time of great disappointment in our nation’s capital, Michelle works to ensure that every Vermonter is heard and respected. This term, she has done tremendous work passing landmark education reform without forced mergers.
She was also an advocate for an act, now a law, that made Vermont the first U.S. state to ban the herbicide paraquat and helped protect Vermonters from its links to Parkinson’s disease.
I am confident that Michelle will continue her work to keep Vermont thriving. Following her work on H.537, a right-to-garden bill, I am excited to see her continue addressing food access through her Food as Medicine legislation.
As a young person, I am also ecstatic that she will be bringing her usual tenacity and passion to the Climate Caucus as co-chair.
I am proud that the first ballot I cast will include a vote for Michelle.
